Direct Administration to prepare the following bylaw amendments for five parcels located at 111 - 7 Street NW, 115 - 7 Street NW, 117 - 7 Street NW, 809 - 11 Avenue NW and 811 - 11 Avenue NW and to bring a new proposed bylaws directly to the 2025 June 10 Public Hearing of Council for three readings:
      1. Amend Map 21C of Land Use Bylaw 1P2007 to remove the five subject parcels from the Heritage Guideline Areas; and
