    Commission returned to this Item following Item 7.1.2 to note the following clerical correction:

    A clerical correction was noted on page 3 of Revised Attachment 1 of Report CPC2024-0332, in the Land Use Section, third paragraph, first, sentence, by deleting the words “The FAR of the proposed development is 9.85” and replacing with the words “The FAR of the proposed Development is 9.81.”

    Commission then dealt with Item 7.2.1.
