Councillor Farrell called the Meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.

Following nomination procedures, Councillor Keating was appointed as Vice-Chair of the Arts Commons Advisory Committee, by acclamation.

Councillor Farrell provided opening remarks at today's meeting.
