  That with respect to Report GLB2022-0654, the following be approved:

  That the Green Line Board approve the updated terms to the Terms of Reference in the Green Line Board Governance Manual for the Green Line Board Governance and Human Resources Committee, as identified in Attachment 1 to this report.
