Councillor Magliocca called the Meeting to order at 8:35 a.m.

Councillor Magliocca provided opening remarks.

    follows:

    • bring forward Item 7.2, Report PUD2018-1009 to be dealt with following Confirmation of Minutes.

    That the SPC on Planning and Urban Development receive this report for information.

A PowerPoint presentation entitled “Standing Policy Committee on Planning and Urban Development Consolidating the Safety Codes Permit Bylaws”, dated 2018 September 13, was distributed with respect to Report PUD2018-1009.

 

A clerical correction to Report PUD2018-1009 was noted on page 2 of 2, second paragraph, second line, by deleting the word "set" following the words "application fee schedules and fees will be", and substituting with the word "approved".

    1.  Give three readings to the proposed Safety Codes Permit Bylaw; and

    1. Safety Codes Permit Fee Bylaw 63M94
    2. Calgary Building Permit Bylaw 64M94
    3. Electrical Permit Bylaw 46M2014
