CALL TO ORDER
 

Councillor Davison called the Meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

OPENING REMARKS
 

Councillor Davison provided opening remarks, acknowledged St. Patrick's Day, noted that there is an investigation into the flying of a Confederate flag at a cemetery yesterday, and acknowledged that no act of racism with be tolerated in Calgary.
