APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Farrell, that the Administration Recommendations contained in Report UCS2016-0415 be approved, as follows:

That the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services recommends that Council:

1.    Receive this annual report for information; and

2.    Give three readings to the proposed bylaw to amend the Environmental Agreements Bylaw 11M2010.
