    2. Direct that Confidential Attachment 7 and all other Attachments related to Confidential Report C2024-0859 be held confidential pursuant to Section 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed no later than 2026 December 31;

    1. Direct Administration to prepare a presentation on Calgary’s population growth by the end of the year including:
    • Historical growth trends and forward-looking growth projections including interprovincial migration trends
    • A breakdown of where the growth is coming from
    • Implications for city revenue and expenditures
    • Analysis of what federal and provincial decision making on temporary residents and immigration may mean for Calgary

    1. Receive this report for the Corporate Record;
    1. Direct Administration to return to the 2024 November 5 Mid-Cycle Budget adjustments with amendments to the proposed budget with updated information based on Council’s decision around the Green Line Program; and
    2. Direct Administration to prepare a presentation on Calgary’s population growth by the end of the year including:
    • Historical growth trends and forward-looking growth projections including interprovincial migration trends
    • A breakdown of where the growth is coming from
    • Implications for city revenue and expenditures
