Following nomination procedures, Councillor Chabot was elected Acting Chair of the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee, by acclamation.

ALBERTA URBAN MUNICIPALITIES ASSOCIATION (AUMA) - VERBAL REPORT, IGA2016-0161

1.    That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee receive the Alberta Urban Municipalities Association (AUMA) - Verbal Report, for information; and

2.    That the in-camera discussion with respect to Report IGA2016-0161 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b) and 24(1)(a) & (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection Act until this matter is resolved.

INTERMUNICIPAL MATTER UPDATE, IGA2016-0152

That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommends that Council:

1.    Adopt Administration Recommendation 1; and

2.    Direct that this report and presentation remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b), and 24(1)(a),(b)&(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until this matter is resolved.

GROWTH MANAGEMENT BOARD UPDATE, IGA2016-0160

That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommends that Council:

1.    Adopt Administration Recommendations 1 and 2, after amendment to Recommendation 1 as discussed at today’s In-Camera meeting; and

2.    Direct that the Report, attachments, presentation and discussion remain confidential under Sections 23(1)(b) and 24(1)(a) & (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection Act, until this matter is resolved.
