    That the Committee Recommendation contained in the following report be approved:

DEFERRALS AND PROCEDURAL REQUESTS
 

A presentation entitled "7.1 Report to the Green Line Committee", dated 2019 December 17, was distributed with respect to Report GC2019-1591.

A clerical correction was noted on the presentation, under the Recommendations, by deleting 'receive for information' and replacing with 'receive for the Corporate Record'.

    That with respect to Report GC2019-1591, the following be approved:

    That the Green Line Committee:

    1. Receive this update report for the Corporate Record;
    2. Receive the amended Green Line Committee Terms of Reference – Appendix: Guiding Principles for the Committee; and
    3. Direct the Green Line Committee to bring the Guiding Principles forward to Council for approval and inclusion into the Green Line Committee Terms of Reference as an appendix.

  • A presentation entitled "7.2 - Review of Stage 1 Alignment Options", dated 2019 December 17

A presentation entitled "Green Line Committee Technical and Risk Committee Verbal Report", dated 2019 December 17, was distributed with respect to Report GC2019-1594.

A clerical correction was noted on the presentation, under the Recommendations, by deleting 'receive this report for information' and replacing with 'receive the presentation for the Corporate Record'.

Committee, by general consent, suspended Section 78(2)(a) of the Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, as amended, in order to complete this item prior to the scheduled lunch recess.
