Direct that the Recommendations, Report and Attachments 1, 2, and 3 – remain confidential under Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until the sale transaction is closed.  To be reviewed by 2029 July 29.
    3. Direct that the Attachments 4 and 5 remain confidential pursuant Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
