Councillor Penner called the Meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

Absent from Roll Call: Councillor Wong, Councillor Pootmans (Remote Member) joined the meeting at 9:33 a.m., and Councillor Dhaliwal (Remote Member) joined the meeting at 9:36 a.m.

Councillor Penner provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgement.
