Chair Fairbairn called the Meeting to order at 1:02 p.m.

Chair Fairbairn provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgement.

D. Bhatti provided a verbal update and was thanked by the Board.

A presentation entitled "Green Line LRT Program Update" was distributed with respect to Report GLB2023-0378.

    That the Green Line Board receive the Green Line Program February 2023 Progress Report for the Corporate Record.

    That pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body), and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Green Line Board now move into Closed Meeting, at 1:55 p.m., in the Engineering Traditions Committee Room, to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items:

    • 10.1.1    Procurement Update, GLB2023-0382
    • 10.1.2    Confidential Green Line Program February 2023 Progress Report, GLB2023-0383    
    • 10.1.3    Contracting Update, GLB2023-0384

    And further, that the Green Line Board authorize Jamie O'Brien, External Facilitator, to attend the Closed Meeting discussions with respect to Item 10.1.1, and authorize Marianne Smith, Blakes, to attend the Closed Meeting discussions with respect to Items 10.1.1, 10.1.2, 10.1.3, 10.1.4, 10.1.5, and 10.1.6.
