Councillor Woolley called the Meeting to order at 9:34 a.m.

CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA

• Moved by Councillor Magliocca

  That the Agenda for the 2018 June 26 Regular Meeting of the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Assessment Committee be confirmed, after amendment as follows:

  • postpone Item 6.2, Report OPC2018-0806 to be dealt with during the Closed Meeting portion of today's Agenda;
  • postpone Item 6.3, Report OPC2018-0828 to be dealt with after Item 6.4, Report OPC2018-0783; and
  • remove Item 9.1.1, Report OPC2018-0824 from today's Agenda.
