Mayor Nenshi called today's Meeting to order at 1:06 p.m.

Mayor Nenshi provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgement.

    Pursuant to Section 6(1) of Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, Council suspended Section 78(1)(b) of the Procedure Bylaw in order to complete the remainder of the Agenda prior to the afternoon recess.

    Council postponed the remainder of this item to the Closed Meeting portion of today's meeting.
