    That Recommendation 1, contained in PUD2018-0056 be amended in Revised Attachment 1, page 4 of 7, by deleting section (h)(ii) in its entirety and by renumbering the section accordingly.

    "in all Districts, not including the C-R2, C-R3 and CR20-C20/R20 Districts, must not be located adjacent or connected to a Cannabis Store or similar language."

    That with respect to Report PUD2018-0056, the following be approved, as amended:

    That the Standing Policy Committee on Planning and Urban Development:

    1. Direct Administration to:

    a. prepare amending bylaws to Land Use Bylaw 1P2007 as outlined as proposed text in Revised Attachments 1 and Attachment 2;

    b. forward the proposed report and bylaws directly to the 2018 April 5 Combined Meeting of Council to accommodate the required advertising; and

    2. Recommend that Council hold a Public Hearing and:

    a. give three readings to the proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment in Revised Attachment 1;

    b. give first reading to the proposed Land Use Bylaw Amendment in Attachment 2 and withhold second and third reading until the date of legalization is known; and

    c. adopt, by resolution, the proposed Cannabis Store Guidelines.

    And further, that the distributions from today's Meeting be attached to the Report prior to being forwarded to Council.
