Director Hamilton called the meeting to order at 1:03 p.m.

Commissioner Tiedemann, Director Fromherz, Councillor Wong, Commissioner Pollen, Commissioner Mortezaee, and Director Hamilton.

Absent from Roll Call: Commissioner Hawryluk, Commissioner Palmiere, Commissioner Navagrah, and Councillor Dhaliwal. 

Director Hamilton provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgment.

Director Hamilton introduced Professor Teresa Goldstein and her University of Calgary Master of Planning program students.

A clerical correction was noted on page 2 of 9 of the 2022 September 15 Calgary Planning Commission Meeting Minutes, Confirmation of Agenda section, in the name of the report, by deleting the words "CPC2022-0053 (Verbal)" and by substituting with the words "CPC2022-0941 (Verbal)".
A clerical correction was noted on page 8 of 9 of the 2022 September 15 Calgary Planning Commission Meeting Minutes, Item 8.1, in the name of the report, and in the motion, by deleting the words "CPC2022-0053" and by substituting with the words "CPC2022-0941".

Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for the redesignation of 0.05 hectares ± (0.13 acres ±) located at 102 – 16 Street NW (Plan 6219L, Block 4, Lot 28 and a portion of 29) from Residential – Contextual One / Two Dwelling (R-C2) District to Direct Control (DC) District to accommodate multi-residential development, with guidelines (Attachment 3).
