ENVIRONMENTAL AGREEMENTS BYLAW AMENDMENTS DEFERRAL REPORT, UCS2016-0135

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Stevenson, that the Administration Recommendation contained in Report UCS2016-0135 be approved, as follows:

That the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services recommends that Council defer Administration’s response to Council’s direction to recommend amendments to the Environmental Agreements Bylaw (11M2010) until no later than 2016 June.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Jones, that the Administration Recommendation contained in Report UCS2016-0140 be approved, as follows:

That the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services recommends that Council defer Administration’s response to the Notice of Motion “Provincial Flood Mitigation and Water Supply Management” until no later than end of 2016 June.
