Committee, by general consent, recessed at 11:03 a.m. and reconvened at 12:00 p.m. with Councillor Colley-Urquhart in the Chair.

A presentation entitled "Emergency Management Panel 2019 October 09 - Emergency Management Committee of Council" was distributed with respect to Report EM2019-1310.

Pursuant to Section 6(1) of the Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, as amended, Section 78(2)(a) was suspended, by general consent, to allow Committee to complete the remainder of today's Agenda prior to the scheduled 12:00 p.m. recess.

    That the Emergency Management Committee of Council considers the information from the panel presentations and discussion at the 2019 October 09 meeting to inform the Status of Emergency Preparedness report, and further that the report and presentation be forwarded on to Council.
