A Revised Attachment 1 was distributed with respect to Report ACA2019-0948.

    That with respect to Report ACA2019-0948, the following be approved, after amendment:

    That the Arts Commons Advisory Committee recommends that Council (2019 September 09 Combined Meeting of Council):

    1. Endorse the project as represented in the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC) Project Program Assessment Report (Revised Attachment 1); and
    2. Approve a capital appropriation to Capital Budget Program 639-010 by releasing $10 million (2020-2021) of previously allocated funding from the Council-Approved and Committed Cultural Municipal Sustainability Initiative (CPS2011-48 Arts Commons Expansion & Renovation) for detailed design of the Arts Commons Transformation project.

    And further, that the Arts Commons Transformation Project video and the CMLC PowerPoint presentation, received for the Corporate Record during the 2019 July 19 Regular Meeting of the Arts Commons Advisory Committee, be made available to the public.
