CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Gondek called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m.

OPENING REMARKS

Mayor Gondek provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgement.

Mayor Gondek recognized November 8 as Indigenous Veterans Day.

Mayor Gondek recognized November 11 as Remembrance Day.

Mayor Gondek recognized the Cavalry Football Club for hosting the Canadian Premier Final on November 9 at ATCO Field.

ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIR

Following nomination procedures, Councillor Penner was elected Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee, by acclamation.

CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA

• Moved by Councillor Chabot

  That the Agenda for today’s meeting be amended by adding Item 10.1, Notice of Motion - Reconsideration of the Closure of the Inglewood Pool, EC2024-1259, as an Item of Urgent Business.
