Councillor Carra called the Meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.

  That Item 6.5, Report IGA2018-0372, be postponed to be dealt with during the Closed Meeting portion of today's Meeting.

  • Item 9.1.1 Omni Area Structure Plan Intermunicipal Appeal Update, IGA2018-0482.

• Administration in attendance during the Closed Meeting discussions with respect to Report IGA2018-0482:

  1. Approve Administration Recommendations 1 and 2 contained in Report IGA2018-0482; and
  2. Direct that this Report, distribution, presentation and Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential subject to Sections 21, 23 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until this matter is resolved.

  And further, that this Report be forwarded as an item of Urgent Business to the Closed Meeting at the 2018 April 23 Regular Meeting of Council.
