MINUTES FOR THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE COUNCIL COMPENSATION REVIEW COMMITTEE, 2017 APRIL 07

CONFIRM MINUTES, Moved by Mr. Caswell, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Council Compensation Review Committee, held on 2017 April 07, be confirmed.

IN CAMERA, Moved by Mr. Bezanson, that in accordance with Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act, and Sections 19(1), 24(1)(a) and 24(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the Council Compensation Review Committee move In Camera, at 1:05p.m., in order to consider confidential matters with respect to Report CCRC2017-0400.

The Council Compensation Review Committee moved into public session at 3:24 p.m. with Mrs. Son in the Chair.

RECEIVE FOR THE CORPORATE RECORD

With the concurrence of the Chair, the Acting City Clerk received a document, In Camera, with respect to Report CCRC2017-0400, which is to remain confidential pursuant to Sections 19(1), 24(1)(a) and 24(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

APPROVE, Moved by Mrs. Page  that with respect to Report CCRC2017-0400, the following be approved:

That the Council Compensation Review Committee:

1.    Receive the Elected Officials Total Rewards – Verbal Report for information;

2.    Direct Committee to continue to prepare the draft Council Compensation Review Committee (CCRC) Report to Council and return to the 2017 May 05 Regular Meeting of CCRC with an update; and

3.    Direct that the Verbal Report, the document received In Camera and the In Camera discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 19(1), 24(1)(a) and 24(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
