APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Stevenson, that with respect to Report IGA2017-0537, the following be approved:

That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommends that Council direct Administration to support an Alberta Community Partnership Strategic Initiatives Grant Application for an Interim Metropolitan Region Growth Plan and Regional Evaluation Framework for the Calgary Metropolitan Region Board.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Stevenson, that with respect to Report IGA2017-0531, the following be approved:  

That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council:

1.    Approve Administration Recommendation 1 contained in Report IGA2017-0531; and

2.    Direct that the Report, attachments, presentation and In Camera discussion be heard In Camera pursuant to subsection 23(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and that the Report, attachments, presentation and In Camera discussion remain confidential pursuant to subsections 24(1)(a) and (b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until the MGA Review process has been finalized.

2.    Direct that the In Camera discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1)(a), 24(1)(c), 25(1)(b) and 25(1)(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

DISTRIBUTION

At the request of Administration and with the concurrence of the Chair, the Legislative Assistant distributed, In Camera, copies of a PowerPoint Presentation with respect to Report IGA2017-0463, which is to remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24(1)(a)&(c) and 25(1)(b)&(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until this agreement has been finalized.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Stevenson, that with respect to Report IGA2017-0463, the following be approved, after amendment, as follows:  

That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council:

1.    Approve Administration Recommendation 1 contained in Report IGA2017-0463; and

2.    Direct that the Report, verbal discussions, presentation and Attachments 1, 2 and 3 be heard In Camera pursuant to subsection 23(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, that the report, verbal discussions, presentation and Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential under subsections 24(1)(a)&(c) and 25(1)(b)&(c) until this agreement has been finalized, and that Attachment 3 remain confidential under subsections 24(1)(a)&(c) and 25(1)(b)&(c) until any outstanding agreements are finalized.
