CONFIRM MINUTES, Moved by Councillor Chu, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Gas, Power and Telecommunications Committee held on 2017 June 15, be confirmed.

1.    Receive this report for information; and

2.    Direct that the attachment and In Camera discussions remain confidential under Section 24(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until all three years after the proceedings are completed.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Magliocca, that Administration Recommendations contained in Report GP2017-0576 be approved, as follows:

That the Gas, Power and Telecommunications Committee:

1.    Receive this report for information; and

2.    Direct that the attachment be heard in-camera pursuant to subsection 23(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and remain confidential under Section 24(1)(a) Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until all matters referred to the attachment are completed and resolved.
