At the request of Administration and with the concurrence of the Chair, a clerical correction was identified in Attachment 5 which is to remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1)(a), 24(1)(c) 24(1)(g) and 25(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Magliocca, that the Administration Recommendations contained in Report UCS2017-0409 be approved, as follows:

That the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services recommends that Council:

1.   Approve Administration Recommendation 1, as corrected, contained in Report  UCS2017-0409;

2.   Direct that Attachments 4 and Attachment 5, as corrected, remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1)(a), 24(1)(c), 24(1)(g) and 25(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; and

At the request of Councillor Colley-Urquhart and with the concurrence of the Chair, a clerical correction was identified in the Title of Report UCS2017-0411, by deleting the words “Information on Current” and substituting with the words “Annual Report on”.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Colley-Urquhart, that the Administration Recommendations contained in Report UCS2017-0411, as corrected, be approved, as follows:

That the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services recommends that Council:

1.    Approve Administration Recommendation 1 contained in Report UCS2017-0411; and

2.    Request the Recommendations, Report, as corrected, and Attachments remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23(1)(b), 24(1)(a), 24(1)(g) and 25(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until published in the Council Agenda.
