    That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report IC2020-1248, the following be adopted:

    That Committee:

    1. Forward the recommendation of the Citizen-Led Selection Committee for the Integrity Commissioner for consideration at the 2020 November 02 Combined Meeting of Council; and
    2. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions remain confidential pursuant to Sections 17 (Disclosure to personal privacy) and 24 (Advice from officials) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
