Councillor Sutherland called the Meeting to order at 9:32 a.m.

Councillor Keating was elected Acting Vice-Chair, by general consent, for the 2019 January 23 Regular Meeting of the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services.

    2. Request the Report, Recommendations, and Attachments remain confidential under Sections 23, 24 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until the sale has closed except for Attachments 4, 5 and 7 which shall remain confidential.

A Clerical correction with respect to Report UCS2019-0100 was noted by deleting in the title of the Report 'Ward 03' and replacing with 'Ward 05'.
