ADOPT,
Moved by Councillor Woolley, Seconded by Councillor Magliocca, that the
Calgary Planning Commission Recommendations contained in Report CPC2017-126, be
adopted, after amendment, as follows:
That
Council:
1.
ADOPT the proposed amendments to the Richmond Area Redevelopment Plan,
in accordance with Administration’s recommendation;
2. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 15P2017;
3. ADOPT
the proposed amendments to the Killarney/Glengarry Area Redevelopment Plan,
in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and
4. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 16P2017.
5. ADOPT
the proposed redesignation of 1.77 hectares ± (4.37 acres ±) located at
Various Addresses from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District
to Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District, in accordance
with Administration’s recommendation; and
6. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 127D2017.
7. ADOPT
the proposed redesignation of 5.61 hectares ± (13.85 acres ±) located at
Various Addresses from Residential – Contextual One Dwelling (R-C1) District,
Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2) District and Commercial –
Neighbourhood 2 (C-N2) District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Low Profile

with Administration’s recommendation; and
8. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 128D2017.
9. ADOPT
the proposed redesignation of 6.07 hectares ± (14.99 acres ±) located at
Various Addresses from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2)
District and DC Direct Control District to Residential – Grade-Oriented
Infill (R-CG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and
10. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 129D2017.
11. ADOPT
the proposed redesignation of 6.54 hectares ± (16.14 acres ±) located at
Various Addresses from Multi-Residential – Contextual Low Profile (M-C1)
District and Multi-Residential – Contextual Medium Profile (M-C2) District to
Mixed Use – General (MU-1f4.5h22) District and Mixed Use – Active Frontage
(MU-2f3.0h46) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation;
and
12. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 130D2017.
13. ADOPT
the proposed redesignation of 2.16 hectares ± (5.33 acres ±) located at
Various Addresses from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2)
District to Residential – Grade-Oriented Infill (R-CG) District, in
accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and
14. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 131D2017.

the proposed redesignation of 7.34 hectares ± (18.13 acres ±) located at

accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and
18. Give

19. ADOPT
the proposed redesignation of 0.63 hectares ± (1.56 acres ±) located at
Various Addresses from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2)
District to Multi-Residential – Contextual Low Profile (M-C1) District, in
accordance with Administration’s recommendation; and
19. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 134D2017.
20. ADOPT
the proposed redesignation of 4.02 hectares ± (9.92 acres ±) located at
Various Addresses from Residential – Contextual One/Two Dwelling (R-C2)
District and DC Direct Control District to Residential – Grade-Oriented
Infill (R-CG) District, in accordance with Administration’s recommendation;
and
21. Give
first and second readings to the proposed Bylaw 135D2017.
22. These
Bylaws come into force on the date they are passed.
23.
Table third readings, as amended, of proposed Bylaws 15P2017, 16P2017,
127D2017, 128D2017, 129D2017, 130D2017, 131D2017, 132D2017, 133D2017, 134D2017
and 135D2017 to the 2017 May 08 Combined Meeting of Council in order to be
dealt in conjunction with the Infrastructure YYC Report.
