  That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council:

  Approve the Service Area shown in Attachment 1 for wastewater servicing to Rocky View County.

Councillor Carra declared a Pecuniary Interest, in Public, and abstained from discussion and voting with respect to Item 9.2.1, Airport Vicinity Protection Act Negotiation (Verbal), VR2018-0074, on advice from the Ethics Advisor and left the Closed Meeting discussion at 11:51 a.m.

That Confidential Addendum A be received for the Corporate Record, with respect to Report VR2018-0074.
