CONFIRM MINUTES, Moved by Councillor Magliocca, that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services, held on 2016 April 27, be confirmed.

WATER AND WASTEWATER UTILITIES FINANCIAL PLAN PROGRESS REPORT, UCS2016-0413

DISTRIBUTION

At the request of Administration and with the concurrence of the Chair, the Legislative Assistant distributed copies of a PowerPoint presentation entitled “Water and Wastewater Utilities Financial Plan Progress”, with respect to Report UCS2016-0413.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Colley-Urquhart, that the Administration Recommendation contained in Report UCS2016-0413 be approved, after amendment, as follows:

That the SPC on Utilities and Corporate Services recommends that Council receive the Water and Wastewater Utilities Financial Plan Progress Report for information.

And further, that the distribution received with respect to Report UCS2016-0413 be attached to the report prior to being forwarded to Council.

DRAINAGE FINANCIAL PLAN PROGRESS REPORT, UCS2016-0414

DISTRIBUTION
