    That the Standing Policy Committee on Utilities and Corporate Services move into Closed Meeting, at 1:05 p.m., in the Council Boardroom, to consider confidential matters with respect to the following items pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act:

    •  10.2.1 Proposed Method of Disposition - Various Properties - Non-Market Housing Land Disposition Program, UCS2019-1148;
    •  10.2.2 Proposed Method of Disposition - (South Foothills) - Ward 12 (5225 94 Avenue SE and 9665 54 Street SE), UCS2019-1149; and

    The Standing Policy Committee on Utilities and Corporate Services recommends that Council:

    1. Approve the Recommendations contained in Attachment 2; and
    2. Direct that the Report and Attachments remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of FOIP, until the earlier of, all of the sale transactions have closed, or such time that The City agrees to disclose portions for advertising and marketing purposes.

    1. Approve the Recommendations contained in Attachment 2;
    2. Direct that the Recommendations, Report, and Attachments 1, 2, and 3 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of FOIP, until the sales transaction is closed; and
    3. Direct that Attachments 4 and 5 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of FOIP.
