That the Gas, Power and Telecommunications Committee:

1.    Receive this report for information; and

2.    Direct that the Attachment remain confidential under Section 24(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until the motions and directions listed have been completed.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Chu, that the Administration Recommendations contained in Report GP2016-0099 be approved, as follows:

That the Gas, Power and Telecommunications Committee:

1.    Receive this report for information; and

2.    Direct that the Report and Attachment remain confidential under Section 24(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until three years after the proceedings are completed.

DISTRIBUTION

At the request of Administration and with the concurrence of the Vice-Chair, the Legislative Assistant distributed, In Camera, copies of a letter dated 2016 February 10, which is to remain confidential pursuant to Section 24(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until proceedings are completed, with respect to Report

GP2016-0100.

APPROVE, Moved by Councillor Farrell, that with respect to Report GP2016-0100, the following be approved:

That the Gas, Power and Telecommunications Committee:

1.    Approve the 2016 Gas, Power and Telecommunications Work Plan with estimated expenditures as set out in the Attachment; and

2.    Approve Recommendation 2, as per the In Camera discussions; and

3.     Direct that the Report, Attachments, In Camera Distribution, and discussions remain confidential under Section 24(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until proceedings are completed.
