Mayor Nenshi called the Meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.

Mayor Nenshi called for a moment of quiet contemplation at today's Meeting.

Election Signs on City Boulevards -  What is the cost for the City to clean up the signs?  (Councillor Jones)

    That Council:

    1. Add Attachment 3 - PowerPoint presentation entitled "Citizen Insights Presentations" to Verbal Report C2017-1213; and
    2. Add Attachment 4 - PowerPoint presentation entitled "Leveling - the words you choose creates the future you desire.", with respect to Verbal Report C2017-1213.
    3. Directs that the closed meeting discussions, Appendix 2  of Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 remain confidential subject to sections 23 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until the final report has been received by Council.
    4. Directs that the Attachments 1,2 (without appendix 2) and 4 be released to the public.
