Acting City Clerk Muscoby called the Meeting to order at 3:30 p.m.

ELECTION OF CHAIR

Following nomination procedures, Scarlett Crockatt was elected as Chair of the Council Compensation Review Committee, by acclamation.

Scarlett Crockatt assumed the Chair at 3:32 p.m.

ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIR

Following nomination procedures, Ross McDougall was elected as Vice-Chair of the Council Compensation Review Committee, by acclamation.

CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA

• Moved by Citizen Member, R. McDougall

  That the Agenda for the 2019 December 04 Regular Meeting of the Council Compensation Review Committee be confirmed.

Human Resources Presentation on Current Elected Officials Compensation (Verbal) - CCRC2019-1537

The Council Compensation Review Committee thanked Administration for their presentation.

A presentation entitled "Elected Officials: Compensation, Benefits, Pension and Other Remuneration" dated 2019 December 4 and a table detailing compensation packages, dated 2019 December 4 were received for the Corporate Record.

Council Compensation Review Committee Future Meeting Schedule (Verbal) - CCRC2019-1538

  That with respect to the Verbal Report CCRC2019-1538:

  That the Council Compensation Review Committee establish an upcoming Meeting date for the Council Compensation Review Committee to be held, as follows:

  • Tuesday, 2020 January 07 at 3:30 p.m. with the room to be determined.
