Chair Fairbairn called the Meeting to order at 12:31 p.m.

Chair Fairbairn provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgement.

    That the Board withdraw Item 5.1.3. Green Line Utility Relocation Program, GLB2022-0099 from today's Agenda.

    That pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body), and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Committee now move into Closed Meeting, in the Engineering Traditions Committee Room at 12:38 p.m., to discuss confidential matters with respect to the following Items:

    • Green Line Planning, GLB2022-0097
    • Green Line Related Projects, GLB2022-0098

    That the Green Line Board:

    1. Approve Closed Recommendation 1; and
    2. Direct that the Closed Recommendation, Report, Attachments, and discussion be held confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, unless The City is required to disclose information pursuant to the Expropriation Act (Alberta), to be reviewed by 2037 January 13.
