Chair Fairbairn called the Meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.

A presentation entitled "Green Line LRT Program Update" was distributed with respect to Report GLB2022-0231.

    3. Direct that the Report be held confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until 2037 February 10;
    4. Direct that the draft “Update to the 2020 Business Case”, as set out in Attachment 1 to the Report, remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act; and
    5. Direct that Attachment 2 to the Report, the presentation, and discussion be held confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act until 2037 February 10.
