Councillor Sharp called the meeting to order at 9:36 a.m.

Councillor Sharp provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgment.

Following nomination procedures, Councillor Chabot was elected Acting Vice-Chair of the Infrastructure and Planning Committee, by acclamation.

By General Consent, Committee, for the duration of the 2024 November 6 Infrastructure and Planning Committee, modified the standard recess times set out in Section 78 of the Procedure Bylaw to the Call of the Chair.

    2. Give three readings to the proposed bylaw for amendments to the Land Use Maps in the Land Use Bylaw to include the Heritage Guideline Area (Attachment 3).

    1. Proposed Wording for a Bylaw to Repeal Bylaw 16M2021 Which Designates the Walter Hargrave Residence as a Municipal Historic Resource (Attachment 2); and
    2. Proposed Wording for a Bylaw to Designate the Walter Hargrave Residence as a Municipal Historic Resource (Attachment 3).

    • 10.1.1 Proposed Sale (Beltline) – Ward 8 (1700 Stampede TR SE (Portion of)), IP2024-1221
    • 10.1.2 Joint Use Reserve Fund Expenditure Request, IP2024-1080

    And further, that Brad MacDonald and Brennan McVeigh, Calgary Catholic School District, be authorized to attend the Closed Meeting with respect to Item 10.1.2.
