Deputy Mayor Davison called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.

Deputy Mayor Davison gave opening remarks and provided a traditional land acknowledgment.

CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA
 

By General Consent, the Agenda for the 2021 June 15 Special Meeting of Council re: Wholly Owned Subsidiaries was confirmed.

Overview of the Upcoming Annual General Meetings of the Shareholder (Verbal), C2021-0945
 

Deputy Mayor Davison clarified the purpose of this Special Meeting of Council. Deputy Mayor Davison advised that the Annual General Meetings of seven various Wholly Owned Subsidiaries would take place today, 2021 June 15, and 2021 June 29.
