    That the Council Compensation Review Committee:

    1. Authorize the Chair to finalize the Committee's Final Report, and direct that it be forwarded with revisions as informed by the Closed Meeting discussion at today’s meeting, and present the Final Report of the Council Compensation Review Committee to the 2024 December 17 Regular Meeting of Council; and
    2. Direct that Closed Meeting discussions and Confidential Distributions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2025 December 17.
