Councillor Penner called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m.

  That with respect to Verbal Report IGA2025-0398, the following be approved:

  That the Intergovernmental Affairs Committee recommend that Council receive the document entitled "Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Update - April 2025 (Verbal)" for the Corporate Record.
