​Mayor Gondek called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m.

OPENING REMARKS
 

Mayor Gondek provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgement.

CONFIRMATION OF AGENDA

    That the proposed motion be amended by deleting the words “without a time limit” following the words "clarification from Members" and substituting with the words “for 7 minutes”.

    That the following motion be adopted, as amended:

    That pursuant to Section 6(1) of Procedure Bylaw 35M2017, Council suspend Section 77(c) to allow for questions of clarification from Members for 7 minutes with respect to Report AC2022-0406.

    That Council:

    1. Receives Report AC2022-0405, External Auditor 2021 Year-End Report and the Attachments for information and the Corporate Record; and
    2. Direct that Attachment 2 remain confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic interests) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2027 April 21.
