Shared Access Network Term and Delegated Authority, GPT2020-0886

    That with respect to Report GPT2020-0886, the following be approved:

    That the Gas, Power and Telecommunications Committee recommends that Council:

    1. Authorize the City Manager to approve of any amendments to the terms and conditions and enter into the Shared Communication Infrastructure Mutual Licence Agreement;
    2. Authorize the City Manager, Director of Roads and Manager of Traffic to approve any amendments to the terms and conditions and enter into site licences for the installation of wireless infrastructure and related equipment on City-owned designated street light poles; and
    3. Direct that the Report and Attachment remain confidential pursuant to Sections 23 (Local public body confidences), 24 (Advice from officials), and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, until the Wireless Infrastructure Deployment Program Master Agreements are executed, to be reviewed by 2024 September 20.
