CALL TO ORDER

City Clerk Martin called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.

ROLL CALL

Commission Member Bieche, Commission Member Jiang, Commission Member Lucas, Commission Member Peterson, Commission Member Pinkster, and Commission Member Brouwer

ELECTION OF CHAIR

Following nomination procedures, Commission Member Pinkster was elected Chair of the Ward Boundary Commission, by acclamation.

OPENING REMARKS

Commission Member Pinkster provided opening remarks and a traditional land acknowledgment.

ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIR

Following nomination procedures, Commission Member Peterson was elected Vice-Chair of the Ward Boundary Commission, by acclamation.

  That the Agenda for the 2023 December 8 Regular Meeting of the Ward Boundary Commission be confirmed.
