  That with respect to Confidential Verbal Report CCRC2024-1105, the following be approved:

  That the Council Compensation Review Committee:

  1. Approve the Confidential Recommendations contained in the Confidential Distribution for the purpose of guiding the drafting of the Final Report; and
  2. Direct that the Closed Meeting discussions, Confidential Recommendations, and the Confidential Distribution be held confidential pursuant to Sections 24 (Advice from officials) and 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, to be reviewed by 2034 September 27.
