Councillor Sharp called the Meeting to order at 1:01 p.m.

Absent from Roll Call: Citizen Member Yedlin.

    Councillor Chabot (Remote Member) left the meeting at 1:38 p.m. and joined at 1:50 p.m.

    Councillor Mian (Remote Member) left the meeting at 2:24 p.m.

    Councillor Chabot (Remote Member) left the meeting at 2:32 p.m.


  • Committee reconvened in Public Meeting at 2:47 p.m. with Councillor Sharp in the Chair.

    That with respect to Verbal Report ECC2022-0674, the following be approved:

    That the Event Centre Committee recommends that Council:

    1. Receive the presentations for the Corporate Record; and
    2. Direct that the confidential presentation and Closed Meeting discussions be held confidential pursuant to Sections 16 (Disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party), 24 (Advice from officials), 25 (Disclosure harmful to economic and other interests of a public body), and 27 (Privileged information) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
